Articles for your website, without all the writing.

Rankwriter reads your website, suggests topics that fit what you offer and writes the articles. You review and approve, then Rankwriter puts them on your site. Every article is built to be found more easily in Google and AI search services.

From practice

Built by Social Roots, for our own work

Social Roots builds websites and writes content for clients. Rankwriter grew out of that daily work and our team uses it to prepare articles. A person reviews every article before it goes live.

What Rankwriter takes over
Finding topics, writing a complete first draft, internal links, metadata and publishing to your site.
What you do
Pick topics, review and edit the article, and approve publication.
What you can measure
With Google Search Console connected you see clicks, impressions and average position per article.

How it works

Three steps, you stay in control

  1. Step 1

    Connect your website

Once, with an application password or API key you create yourself and can revoke anytime. Rankwriter then reads your pages, offering and tone.

  2. Step 2

    Pick your topics

You get a list of topics that fit your site. Tick what may be written, or suggest a topic yourself.

  3. Step 3

    Review and approve

Edit what you like, right in the preview. After your approval Rankwriter publishes or schedules the article.

Connected securely. We never ask for your main password. Keys are stored encrypted and your content is not used to train AI models.

How review before publishing works

Nothing goes live without your approval. This is how an article moves through your dashboard.

  1. Read

See the full article with title, headings, FAQ and visual.

  2. Edit

Click in the text and type. Or have the article rewritten with one button.

  3. Approve

Approve one article or a whole batch and pick a date per article.

  4. Publish

Rankwriter puts the article on your site. If that fails you get a notice and retry with one button.

VAT returns as a freelancer: how to avoid the five most common mistakes

In short

  • File your return even with zero turnover: a nil return is required.
  • Keep invoices for seven years; digital is fine.
  • Check whether a small-business scheme applies before charging VAT.

These examples are for illustration. The companies are fictional and no results are attached to them.
